AI subscription cancellation & refund guide

Cancel through the place where you paid. If you subscribed in an app, you often won't see a cancellation button on the website.

First, check where you paid

  1. Web (card payment) — cancel through the settings or subscription menu on the service's website.
  2. iPhone app (App Store) — go to iPhone Settings → your name at the top → Subscriptions to cancel. You can't cancel on the service's website.
  3. Android app (Google Play) — go to Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions to cancel.

Check the merchant name on your card statement (Apple, Google, or the service provider) to see where you paid.

After canceling, you can usually keep using paid features until the current billing period ends, with no further renewal charges. Refunds for unused time depend on the service, payment provider, and country.

Refunds — Generally nonrefundable, but South Korean residents receive a full refund if they request it within 7 days of purchase and have not used the service during that period. Otherwise, the remaining subscription period is refunded on a prorated basis from the request date, and the subscription ends immediately upon the refund request.
