Cancellation & refunds
If you paid on the web — claude.ai or the desktop app → name/initials at the bottom left → Settings → Billing → 'Cancel'. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; cancellation at least 24 hours before the next billing date is recommended.
If you paid on iPhone (App Store) — iOS app → initials at the top right → Billing → 'Manage subscription' to cancel (if the app has been deleted, cancel through Apple's subscription settings). Request refunds from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you paid on Android (Google Play) — Android app → initials at the top right → Billing → 'Manage subscription' to cancel (or manage subscriptions in Google Play). Anthropic support processes refunds after checking eligibility.
Refunds — All payments are nonrefundable except as stated in the consumer terms or required by law. For web purchases, use the 'Get help' messenger → 'Claude Refund Request' to check eligibility. In the EEA and UK, prorated refunds based on usage are available within 14 days. The document contains no separate provision for South Korea.
