Cancellation & refunds

If you paid on the web — Settings → 'Subscription' under Perplexity Pro → 'Manage Subscription' → 'Cancel subscription'.

If you paid on iPhone (App Store) — App Store → profile at the top right → Subscriptions → 'Perplexity - Ask Anything' → Cancel Subscription. Request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

If you paid on Android (Google Play) — Google Play app → settings icon → Payments & subscriptions → 'Perplexity - Ask Anything' → 'Cancel subscription' at the bottom. Request refunds through Help → Contact Support, including your Google Play email.

Refunds — Customers in South Korea and Brazil receive a refund if they cancel within 7 days of purchase (both monthly and annual plans; state that you are a South Korean customer when requesting). Elsewhere, the window is 24 hours for monthly plans and 72 hours for annual plans. Further refund requests cannot be processed after the first refund.
