Cancellation & refunds

If you paid on the web — Sign in to elevenlabs.io → profile icon at the top right → Subscription → Billing → Modify Plan → 'Cancel Plan' → Proceed → 'Cancel Subscription'. The plan switches to the free plan at the end of the current billing cycle, and unused credits expire.

If you paid on iPhone (App Store) — From the app's Account page, open Apple's 'Manage Subscriptions' to cancel. Request refunds through App Store support.

If you paid on Android (Google Play) — From the app's Account page, open Google's 'Manage subscriptions' to cancel. Request refunds through Play Store support.

Refunds — Refunds are available if requested within 14 days of payment and no credits were used during the period being refunded.
